Is flirting in the workplace acceptable? Yes, say some researchers, as long as both parties enjoy the exchange. i think that flirting is ok in the office (or anywhere) as long as it doesn't diminish anyone's dignity.

Flirting is a way for some to give a compliment, while harassment takes a way one's dignity. Those are two very different things.
