Even in the best of times, fund-raising is a daunting task. Those who do it well are skilled in their craft and highly valued. Shortly after September 11 of 2001, Kay Grace wrote an article offering ten tips on fund-raising during a national crisis. A second story gives advice on generating funds during a changing economy.
