Hey, Deb. From when I was a teacher, everything on the positive side, OK? But seriously, I hope I acted as a facilitator of knowledge more than anything else. The others on that side applied in varying degrees.

Ian: My impression of you is that facilitating comes natural to you. I bet you were a great teacher!
If I were one, I'd love to be like Kathy Small (early intervention specialist) --- I had the wonderful opportunity to observe her class and how she interacts with her students. So giving, so patient, and so open.

Nice list of educator qualities for the collaborater type of educator. Mind you I'm prejudiced for I always had problems with the isolater types of educators.
