Not sure if you've ever had Moose meat but, aside from sounding unappetizing, it's quite good.

It is in fact a staple in a lot of Northern communities.

In the meantme, I've already told Trucker Bob to expect all of us over to his place for a dinner of moose meat cuisine and a rockin' party! Ruben, you can bring some music. Don't forget Kanye West. LOL Bob's folks will supply classic country. This party will be the talk of Canada!
