Even single pages will be available

It will work when Internet is available to every single person. No?

Perhaps, Shirazi. But I am wondering if the online programs will succeed now, at a time when the Internet is not available to everyone. Also, will writers and publishers ever support this?

I think, writers may (who simply want to be read and heard), publishers may not (unless they find some way thought). But the issue remains the Internet and its availability to majority of the people in the world.

OK, Shi, you've made your point. I agree with you on the importance of closing the digital divide. Should we pull together a group to spearhead this effort?

Of course, you would have to be the front man. We're going to put all of your knowledge to work, along with your great debating skills.

I think it would be good to have a woman as your co-chair. Let's see. We need someone with great communications skills, someone who is a quick study, someone with a knack for diplomacy. Let's see...that would be ... AsianSmiles!
